The Ruck Club Founder
After recovering from acute heart failure, I founded a ruck club to rebuild my strength, foster a sense of community, and inspire others to embrace resilience. Rucking offered a practical, scalable way to regain my fitness and mental fortitude while connecting with like-minded individuals. It became more than just a workout—it was a path to healing, camaraderie, and empowering others to overcome their own challenges. This club symbolizes the strength we can find in shared effort and the power of never giving up.

After I was diagnoses with myocarditis, pericarditis, and heart failure, I was introduced to holistic medicine that played a key role in my rehab and recovery. These holistic methods helped me heal faster through integrative care, nutrition, and mindfulness. No matter what you're going through medically, I genuinely believe we should all be afforded the same opportunity. And this is why I started this club. Let's come together and help one another out.

His journey has been marked by overcoming challenges, including a traumatic medical event, yet he continues to embody strength, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence in everything he does. As a veteran and small business owner, Doug is driven by purpose, always looking for ways to make a positive impact.
